I share the shock of millions of people at the outrage committed on this woman in Guwahati. Here is why it happened:
1. People don’t believe that women have the right to have fun by themselves without consequences
2. No one wants to interfere. Either because they’re afraid of being beaten up or because the hassle of talking to the police and going to court later is too daunting.
3. The “gang mentality” takes over and people take protection in the safety of the crowd.
A class XI girl molested by a crowd of violent males. That girl is someone’s daughter, someone’s sister and maybe
someday someone’s mother if she already hasn’t been traumatised never to recover again (god forbid). Those men who perpetrated this despicable and sick act, have they no sisters at home, no wife, and no mother?? no daughters??
The Guhawati incident is one among the many incidents which reiterate that women are not safe in India and that Indian males are most content playing passive onlookers when women are in trouble. Women are molested in pubs, trains and buses.
The young girl in Guwahati may get justice since her case has garnered media attention. But can one video tape the many cases of molestation that take place every day across the length and breadth of our country? How can we ensure that justice is speedily delivered to the countless nameless women who have faced the trauma and agony of such incidents? It is time society, more importantly, men, play a more proactive role in ensuring the safety of women.
IS THE VIDEO THAT IMPORTANT TO BE UPLOADED???????
ARE MORAL VALUES DEAD IN OUR COUNTRY????????
ARE WE LIVING IN BEASTIAL SOCIETY?????????
 ACCUSED SHOULD BE PUNISHED:
Women a portrait of maternity and love has been an eternal part of this society. She is the mother, sister, wife and many more. She has been recognized as a soft hearted person who gives birth to children, women aspirations and desires are mostly wrapped into the thick cover of her husband or father in the India Society That is the main reason for the social backwardness of Indian women. Her happiness was supposed to be hidden in her own domestic responsibilities.

With the advancement of science and technology and growth in social awareness though the status of women has hopped but not up to the mark, now women are seen to be levelling men in different walks of life whether it is civil, aviation, medical, engineering etc. There is no field which is untouched by her, Indian IT industry has around 50% women, ever in certain area women are ahead of men like in the field of hospitality and art.
So we can say that she is moving ahead and bravely overcoming the social obstructions.  A major concern is that though women have reached everywhere in every field but “IS SHE SAFE?”.
