Submissions
Themes and Guidelines:
- Topics: We welcome guest posts on a wide range of topics related to law, policy, governance, and related fields. We encourage contributors to explore topics that are timely, and relevant, and provide fresh insights and perspectives.
- Originality: All contributions must be original and not previously published elsewhere. We do not accept articles that have been previously published, in whole or in part, on other platforms, websites, or blogs.
- Length: We accept guest posts ranging from 800 to 1500 words. Longer articles may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we encourage contributors to focus on being concise and impactful in their writing.
- Style: We welcome guest posts written in a clear, engaging, and accessible style. We encourage contributors to write in a way that is accessible to a broad audience, avoiding excessive use of jargon or technical terms where possible.
- Formatting: We ask that contributors format their guest posts using headings, bullet points, and other visual aids to make the content easy to read and scan. We also encourage contributors to include relevant images, charts, or graphs where appropriate.
- Citations: We ask that all sources cited in guest posts be properly attributed and cited using a recognized citation style (e.g. APA, MLA, Chicago). We also encourage contributors to include hyperlinks to relevant sources within the text where possible.
- Tone: We strive to maintain a respectful, constructive, and inclusive tone on our website/blog. We do not accept contributions that contain offensive or derogatory language, or that promote hate speech or discrimination in any form.
- Submission process: Contributors can submit their guest posts to our designated email address here (thearguendoinitiative@gmail.com). Our editorial team will review submissions and respond within a reasonable timeframe with feedback or a decision on publication.
We welcome contributions from experts, practitioners, scholars, and anyone with insights and perspectives to share on issues related to law, policy, governance, and related fields. We look forward to receiving your submissions and providing a platform for engaging and insightful discussions on these important topics.
